Sets to Complete My Lego City?

I currently have the whole firefighter and police set. I also own the main headquarters for the coastgaurd and the helicopter for the coastgaurd. I own the cargo plane, creator beach house (yellow),creator house (red), and the 50 year aniv. town plan. I want to make a town in our library (I don't just want CITY collection items). I have noticed new mini sets like BBQ stand and campers. I really don't care how much I have to spend. I have 4 large corner shelves which are very large so space really isn't an issue. I am really looking for people who have made a whole city, too but didn't build it from scratch. I'm also ok with buying those new monuments. I am asking for ALL the sets you think I should get.
