My Zune is royally screwed up!?

Well, just now something weird happened to my new 4gig Zune. I was looking through my pictures, and when I exited that, the last picture i viewed remained as an imprint in my background! Like a transparent overlay. And now even when I deleted all of the pictures stored on it, it's still there! Even worse is that when I try to watch a video, I can't see the video! just the image that's leftover, even though I deleted it! For everything else, it's like the image is permanently burned into the screen... I can see it even when album covers are displayed. Help! Is it a firmware problem or something? Do I need to get a new zune?
