T.S.S Question?

i waz sittin in my math cl and i like waz havein bad cramps and i thought that it would go away then i couldnt like see and i waz dizzy and i think it waz tss cuz when i got home (cuz they sent me home) i looked on the tampon box and i had all the warning signs so my question is it okay if i didnt go to the doctor?
