Ladies i have a question?

i am a courier for a bank and i would like to get to know the branch manager a little bit more. how would i ask her if she would like to go for drinks? i dont know if she is hitched, has boyfriend, or goes the other way. the bank is kinda small. would it be ok to let her know if she wants to bring someone else with her?
