Is this a funny true story?

my friend Ricardo and were driving home and he had to pee on the way. He got caught by a cop he said turn around and put your hands up,he does and pisses all over him, Ricardo pulls his pants up and runs back in. He sped out and about a block away 3 cop cars stopped us,Ricardo and i were blaming and cussing each other out. when we were in jail i said to him why did you get us arrested,and he said i dont know but was funny huh
