hi i have some extra weight and fat on tummy and on whole body,.... i want have strong musles wid my strong chest and six pack......and i do only 30-45 mints running daily means 5-6 klm daily is it help ful to creat good body shape....should I take some protein or health tonic to get my body growth and shape and power i am 21..........and if i do it 5 days a week how long it will take........my diet is like one beef burger some fries and and dinneer,,, some almonds in morning,... 2-3 gles milk a day........that's it.....
