ARGH IS THIS NORMAL .... i really dont know *women/girls only*?

Well obviously if your bloated your retaining water ... drink your daily amount EVERY DAY (60oz) and maybe a little before and during your period to try and flush fluids out. If your hydrated your body won't retain water ... I don't gain an ounce during my period because I'm so strict with water!
