My tooth aches badyly. I've met 3 different dentist who advised dat d gum be cut off, the pain still persist

What else can i do? I have been having this pain on one of my premolar or mola (tooth). Please can someone help out with what i can do? The pain is unbearable and im tired of living on pain reliever. Please Help! if you have experience similar pain and is now over.
