How do you get a prosicutor to work free?

i am sewing a ladie because she lied about a man to ruin his life intensionaly (or how ever you spell it)would this even make it in court?how can i make it so they put on the news she lied? how do i set it so its not the guy who is a molester to a guy who owns the computer store down the road?
