How come my ears pop whenever i breathe through my nose?

Whenever i inhale and exhale out of my nose my right ear "pops" and sometimes when i swallow,it does this at least a couple of times a week and has been doing this for about 2-3 weeks now. just want to know if its something to worry about or not.
