Ex-Bf suicidal ?!!!!!!?

ok well i went out with this guy for 3 months then he moved away he always told me he loved me so moving away nearly killed both of us! Anyway he was acting really jerky and i told him he said well im sorry it sucks being here! I said im sorry u moved but we cant do anything about it. he told me he was suicidal cuz it was so bad. I was the only person he told. Well he went into major jerk mode and went off on all his friends and mine too! Well he wouldnt talk to anyone i was really really worried cuz he wouldnt respond to anyone! He already has trust issues with me cuz i told someone something he told me (it wasnt anything big ,but he still felt betrayed which i totally get and respect) Well now all his friends are yelling at him and stuff and i am standing up for him and no one knows why they r mad at me cuz i am standing up for him!! I dont want anyone to make him mad just in case. Should i tell someone?!?!! He is totally and completely serious about the suicidal thing!
