Can I repo my car back from my friend?

I sold amy car to my friend in november for $3500. he put dwn $1500. with payments of $400 mth. .(Payoff date may 24'th) he has paid me $200. in jan.6'th and $220. in Jan 24'th then paid me $540.00 this month. He owes $1040. and he wrecked the car it is a mechanic shop on hold because he doesn't have the money to fix it and they won't work on it because i'm the lein holder. what do i need to do to repo my car (Texas). Can i just go get it? (the mechanic says i can if i want to). And my friend has no money and no job. what can i do i'm tired of the BS.

what a wicked movie!! i had my douts when they said deadpool would be weapon 11 but it worked so well in the end!! deadpool is my fav mutant and i honeslty thought he was gonna get totally ****ed up.. when he shot the heat vision and his eyes went black i almost crapped myself what an amazing fight!! my fav part of the movie was after the credits when deadpools head looks right at the camera and said shhh! i was hoping at one point in the movie he would look at the camera and he did!! tell what u liked about the movie and your opinion on deadpool....

What Are some relaxation techniques for anxiety?

I was having some problems, and The symptoms included Stomach pains, feeling of choking, and just dizziness, headaches, and loss of appetite, my fingers would freeze up and my whole body was tingling like i was recovering from a numbing shot. My dad took me to the emergency room. We found out i was having anxiety Attacks, and I was wondering what all you people with Anxiety do to relieve your panics or stomach aches or whatever. Thank You for letting me know because this is a really scary time for me. Peace!

Will this mess up my graphics card?

All you can do is try as every card is differant. If ATI overdrive wont work it may be that its to much of an overclock & the card cant handel it. Try increasing the core in 10MHz steps then do the same with the memory. Watch the temp of the card & when it starts getting hot back it off 10MHz. You dont get much of a performance gain by a small overclock & if you plan on a large overclock you will need to buy an aftermarket GPU cooler as the stock 1 wont be able to cool it & you will burn up the card. I dont overclock anything on my PC & if I get a new game that wont play smooth with no lag I buy a new video card. I have an ATI HD 3870 X2 1GB GDDR3 card & can play any game I have bought out at this time
