find some branches and use them kinda like steps. if you cant get your like high enough put your arms around a closer branch, and pull yourself up and tuck your legs around a nice strong branch. I have climbed a lot of trees before. If there are no branches to reach for, hold your arms around the tree and put your legs on the trunk and use your arm strength and walk up the tree pretty much. I'm telling all of you like it is. This poison is taking it's toll. Most of the good wrestlers either quit, got fired or moved to TNA(which is where most of our former WWE divas and wrestlers are). I hate to tell you but I don't think there's anymore hope left for the WWE. I think it may have came up short. It's like it's been cursed. 3D's gone, Trish is gone, haven't seen Kurt Angle and where is Stacey? Should I feel bad about my resignation?

I got a job offer elsewhere, it is a decent post with better salary. Therefore, I decided to resign from my workplace. In addition, I have other reasons to resign such as 1.) No job satisfaction, 2.) Too much workload, 3.) Too much uncertainty and no clear job description 4.) Bad team work and management 5.) Reducing my benefit, 6.) don't feel value and appreciated. I am the 7th employees who are resigning this month. I understand that all my bosses are shocked and disappointed about my resignation because they do like me as I am a very hard worker. Importantly, my job is not very techical, but quite important and difficult to find a replacement. My questions are why you just appreciated me when I am leaving. Why you treat me so bad when I am around?

My dad has killer knee pain, is there anything my mom and I can do to help?

It is likely that his kneecap is popping in and out of place. EXACT same thing only happened to me, except after the first time I was in unbearable pain. So I went to ER. They diagnosed it as a sprain and had me follow up with an orthopedic doctor a week later. He said ACL sprain and ordered an MRI to confirm it. The MRI confirmed that I had torn cartilage and not my ACL, it also showed bone bruising consistent with a dislocated kneecap. So I'd say have him stay off of it as much as possible and have him keep it straight. Really no point in buying an immobilizer if he's seeing the doc on Monday. If you already have one at your house, have him put it on. Elevate if ever possible to take swelling down. Not really much else you can do to help him. He can take up to four Tylenol or Advil instead of two. Four is equal to a prescription dose. Don't worry if it is kneecap issues it's not anything to be scared of. Very easily fixed with PT

Well I'm a female who doesn't think age is a problem, its the maturity level. So it doesn't matter (in my opinion) what the age is as long as it's a legal age (over 21). You just have to wait until the right one comes before, the one that is interested in you and not how old you are. If they like you, your personality, and whatever else there is to like about you then the last thing they will look at is how old you are. I mean I can respect someone who would not want to date someone who is the same age as there father or grandfather, but society has trained us to look at that, and to worry about what other people would say. So in my opinion just keep doing what you are doing and be honest and GOD will bring the one that fits you before you in due time just be patient. Good luck!

Question about medication withdrawal?

Is it easier to come off an anti-depressant if you're withdrawing from a low dose (say 75 mg) than if you were withdrawing from a high dose (say 300 mg)? I'm currently on Effexor XR and obviously I'll want to slowly be taken off of it rather than go cold turkey getting all kinds of weird and discomforting symptoms. I like where I'm at right now as far as dosage is concerned however I'm also taking Abilify 20 mg in conjunction with Effexor. I'd like to stay with what I have because I feel pretty good at 75 mg and I think 150 or higher would kind of beoverdoing it for me (why are there such huge jumps in the dosages?) Anyway that's my question(s), help is much appreciated and thanks for your time.

She told me he's going to get it together and move it, he's bigger then that. 1.What did she call me out of the blue for? 2. Why did she send me that text? 3. Why did she call me to tell me whats going on with my ex boyfriend new girlfriend cheating? Why tell me their business? Explain in detail please!

Not a lot you can do about ual preferences, they change over long periods of time...but in the meantime, you are tossing aside some of the most entertaining people around by being "uncomfortable" around....call it what you mean..."queens." You can hang with anyone, have fun with anyone...the people you are with are NOT a reflection upon you, nor do they dictate who you are. With your attitude, be glad that others are not so strict, for they may be excluding you for the same reason you exclude so many others.
