Best type of faux painting for covering blemishes on walls?
I covered some paneling in my house with compound (In Order: kilz, drywall compound, sanding, drywall compound, sanding, kilz, then paint) and it looked great, just like drywall, until the afternoon sun came through the windows and hit it. Then I could see all the blemishes from where I didn't sand the compound enough or where I didn't put enough compound. Instead of starting over and putting more compound we were thinking about faux. Is there a type of fauxing that does well covering up blemishes on the wall?
